Product characteristics and advantages
High-density modified wax: promotes plasticization, has good late thermal stability, gives plasticization and gloss to products, extends continuous production cycle, improves masterbatch dispersion and brightness, but affects oxidation induction period, and can replace Honeywell 316A.
Application field and usage
1. Application direction: suitable for PVC products, stabilizers, modified materials, waterproof modification, etc.
2. Addition amount: PVC products 0.2 - 0.5%, stabilizer 0.5 - 1%, waterproof 1 - 3%.
3. Usage: Usually added directly, pre-dispersed by high-speed mixing and stirring; coatings or inks are dispersed or ground into 20 - 30% wax slurry and then added in proportion; other industries refer to their own processes to determine the timing and method of addition.
